This position focuses on managing digital marketplace operations, customer coordination, production follow-ups, and merchandising activities to support the company’s online growth.
Key Responsibilities
As an MTO E-Commerce & Merchandising, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting fabric analysis, preparing PPRs, raising system purchase orders, and ensuring smooth handover from inquiry to execution
Generating and qualifying leads through Alibaba, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital platforms
Coordinating pricing, sampling, timelines, and order confirmations with internal teams
Managing customer communication and order flow on Alibaba to ensure timely conversions
Following up on NPD samples, revisions, approvals, and bulk order readiness
Monitoring production status across weaving, processing, stitching, and finishing departments
Tracking timelines, flagging delays, and supporting on-time dispatch
Managing calendars, meetings, coordination, and digital export documentation
Acting as a liaison between R&D, Production, Merchandising, and Digital Sales teams
Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements to enhance delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and platform ratings
Job Requirements & Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education
BS Textile Engineering or MBA from an HEC-recognized institution
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Calendar, Docs)
Strong interest in e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba, Amazon, or similar marketplaces
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proactive follow-up mindset
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Personal Traits
Strong desire to learn textile production technicalities alongside digital retail operations
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
