Job Responsibilities:
– Manage complete merchandising processes from order confirmation to shipment
– Understand and perform costing, production technicalities, and targets
Coordinate with customers and fabric teams for smooth execution of orders
Monitor production schedules, fabric ordering, and sample approvals
– Prepare costing sheets and maintain order documentation
– Track important deadlines and shipment schedules
– Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics departments
Education Required: MBA, Masters in Business Administration, BBA, or Minimum Graduation
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant merchandising experience
Skills Required:
MS Office knowledge
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Coordination and management abilities
